I have a process.
When I bake something new, I find three recipes that intrigue me, looking for things like authenticity, ratings, and ingredients. From there I will bake all three, making notes and usually sticking to the recipe 100%. Sometimes I will deviate if I know the reaction of something well (like oven temperature or flour amounts in breads). Then I take the best of all the attempts and create my own version!
All this to say. There is not a single thing I could do to make this Lemon loaf by Ina Garten better. It is the most perfect lemony indulgence.
