the BEST Ginger cookie you will ever eat

There are a few recipes that are part of my earliest memories - this is Gingerbends Recipe of them! My older sister, Shawna, gave them the name Gingerbends because they don't snap!

These cookies are great for baking ahead and freezing!

When I say they are the BEST - I mean it. If you want to take it up a notch, add chopped, candied ginger and roll the cookies extra large so insides are soft, pillowy masses of ginger heaven.
